A Day in the Snow! 11-27-2007

The day after kaden's birthday we had a little snow storm, I couldn't resist taking pictures before I left out the door for work!

Kaden's Birthday! 11-26-2007

Kaden turned 5! and we all had a fantatic time! Mommy had to work tonight, so we took him to the park and to eat at Burger King, (All His Choice!) We had a picnic at the park and sang happy birthday! Kaden had a great time playing in the park with his sister, and got to open a few presents. After mom left for work, he went to the movies with his Nana.

I thought I would try this out thi week for sure, it is almost 7 a.m. and I haven't slept since I got home from work! Eeek!!! so here it is, and I'm off to bed!

Finding a New place for Worship

So we started our journey this week looking for a new church. To make the drive to Salt Lake every Sunday and then back home, then back out to Salt lake would be alot, but we may still end up doing just that. Calvary was like home to us, we fell in love with the worship, the people, and of course that is where we began to really grow in Christ. We went to Alpine in Ogden, they had a wonderful service, great children's ministry, but it just doesn't feel the same, and of course how is that ever going to be possible, but it didn't feel like home. Next week we are going to try Calvary Chapel in Clinton, since we are familiar with the Calvary principles, and way of teaching through the bible, we hope we wont be looking after this. After alot of thought and prayer we really feel like God is trying to pull us to Calvary, however I think today was meant to be, we have been wanting to go to Alpine and see if it was a fit, and now we know. Pray for us we can find our "home" church, even if we end up going to Salt Lake City still every week, where ever God needs us, that is where you will find us!

Happy Halloween!

We had a fantastic time tonight! we started the night off dropping off some treats to Dax, Ryker, and Avriel on our way over to nanny's house, then Clover got all dolled up for the night, just like princess Cinderella. The kids had a great time at their Nana and Pop Pop's house playing with their cusins and enjoying cake! After that we headed out to go Tricker Treating In Sandy at Mina Ma and Grandpa's house, Stinky and the gang met us there. The kids really enjoyed trick or treating with their Cousin Taylor and by the end of the night were into a sugar induced coma!! Good Times!!

More Fall Picture

I took a few more before the beautiful leave are gone, and thanks to my good friend Sue, she taught me a few things and I wanted to try them out!

So last week we took some family photos, well photos of the kids and our new dog Copper. We plan on attempting our first ever Family Portrait later this week, so look for those later on! I will post them depending on how they work out.
